Hi there! La mia cucina e’ aperta!

My name is Max.  I am Italian and I have now been living in Seattle for a few years.

I love cooking.  In my high school and college days I worked in different restaurants (from ok to very good). During that time I tried to learn from the many chefs I worked with.

I will use this forum to post recipes from my region (Abruzzo, official site) and other parts of Italy.  Occasionally I will also post brief reports from culinary related trips.
